Pre Listing Staging Consultation and Written Report

This is an in person consultation, where I meet with the homeowner at the property and go over detailed instructions on how to make the house the most appealing to the largest number of buyers. I consult room by room on what needs to be decluttered, depersonalized and organized (while giving tips and tricks on how to execute). I recommend what furniture and decor can be rearranged and/or removed, to make the space the most appealing and inviting. I’ll offer decor, fixture and painting suggestions (I carry the full Benjamin Moore color wheel) if open to those changes, as well as any necessary repair and maintenance recommendations.

Prior to our meeting I email the homeowners a PDF on ‘what to expect’ durning our time together. After the consultation I provide a full detailed report in writing 2-3 days after my visit, which includes all of my custom recommendations we went over durning our time together.

Pre Listing ‘Walk and Talk’ Staging Consultation

This is the same in person consultation as above, without the follow up written report. This is ideal for homeowners who are looking to have listing photos taken asap, and would like to walk with me through their house and talk about how to prepare each room to show at its best.

Photo Day – Hands on Help!

Sometimes it is not always possible to go to your upcoming listing for photo day or you may need an extra pair of hands. I offer a hands on service, where I will meet the photographer at the property and move items as needed, fluff pillows/towels, and make sure no detail is missed!
