Buyers respond to homes that are uncluttered, bright and happy. They want to feel a sense of warmth and coziness, while envisioning themselves living in the home.

I have always felt a sense of peace and accomplishment after decluttering, organizing and decorating my own home.  After becoming a Realtor and touring home after home, I knew home staging was where sellers needed the most help, and where my true passion lies.

Home Staging for selling is about creating a warm and welcoming home, that offers a blank slate where buyers can envision themselves living in.  My purpose is to accentuate your homes positive features, downplay any negatives, and create an environment that appeals to the largest number of potential buyers.

Today, the first showing takes place online, when a potential buyer is looking through photos of your homes listing.  It is important to create a warm and welcoming environment from the time photos are taken, to get the most amount of in-person showings. According to the National Realtors Association, a staged home spends 73% less time on the market than a non-staged home.
